Bjarke Ingels: Hedonistic sustainability

In a captivating talk at TEDxEast, the Danish architect showcases how he translates his idea to fascinating buildings. My favourite: The city hall in Tallinn with a built-in “democratic periscope” in order to visualise a form of radical political transparency.
