Among the many ways to mitigate the climate crisis, this is the riskiest: using technology to interfere with the earth’s systems to cool the planet. Yet like every bullet that looks silver-ish, it has its appeal: «It seems to me almost beyond question at this point that some country or group of countries will opt for geoengineering», the author of this piece writes.
