I really can’t make up my mind what I think of this, but what I’m sure about: It’s worth seeing and reflecting upon yourself. In short: Mr. Beast, the biggest star on YouTube, pays for eye surgery that reverses blindness for 1000 people, for a video that, like most of his, reaches tens of millions of people. Is he helping people just to earn clicks and make tons of ad revenue? Or is he directing ad revenue towards helping people? Or both? And: Does it matter?
